Role Summary

88gravity is looking for a Product Lead – HubSpot CRM & MarTech to take ownership of HubSpot implementations, CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and optimization across client accounts.

This is a hands-on product + technical + client-facing role where you will lead HubSpot from requirement gathering and solution architecture to implementation, automation, testing, training, and post-launch optimization.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, workflows, automation, APIs, integrations, reporting, and CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HubSpot implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization for client accounts.
- Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub according to business requirements.
- Build advanced HubSpot workflows, automation, lead nurturing, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, pipelines, sequences, and customer journeys.
- Design and manage HubSpot CRM architecture, properties, objects, pipelines,



permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop and manage HubSpot API integrations with third-party platforms, websites, lead sources, analytics tools, and business applications.
- Integrate HubSpot with platforms using Zapier, Make (Integromat), webhooks, APIs, and third-party connectors.
- Translate client business requirements into HubSpot solutions, technical specifications, workflows, and implementation roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual sales, marketing, and operational processes through HubSpot.
- Lead QA, UAT, troubleshooting, documentation, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients for HubSpot-related requirements and solutions.
- Monitor CRM performance, integration health, automation errors, data quality, and platform adoption.
- Stay updated with HubSpot product updates, CRM trends, RevOps, MarTech, AI
