SAP S/4HANA Practice Lead / Transformation Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Practice Lead / Transformation Leader with 18+ years of SAP consulting experience to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs for global clients.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, enterprise solution architecture, business process transformation, cross-functional integration, program delivery, and executive stakeholder management. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive solution strategy, transformation consulting, pre-sales, delivery governance, innovation, and practice growth.

The successful candidate will help clients transition toward intelligent, cloud-enabled, AI-powered SAP landscapes while building solid SAP capabilities, reusable assets, and high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Transformation & Enterprise Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition, and RISE with SAP engagements.




- Define SAP transformation strategies, enterprise architectures, target operating models, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Drive business-led transformation by redesigning and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Advise CXO-level stakeholders on SAP strategy, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and technology investments.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and improved customer outcomes.

2. Solution Architecture & Governance
- Design scalable and future-ready SAP S/4HANA solution architectures across multiple functional and technical domains.
- Define integration architecture between SAP applications, SAP cloud solutions, and non-SAP enterprise platforms.
- Lead architecture governance, design reviews, solution assurance, and design authority forums.
