Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mechanical assembly production to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Ensure production readiness by coordinating manpower, materials, machines, tools, and documentation.
- Manage production activities for mechanical assembly stations, including enclosure assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging.
- Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, FPY, UPH, productivity, on-time delivery, and line efficiency.
- Optimize manpower allocation,



line balancing, and workstation ergonomics to maximize throughput.
- Coordinate with Planning, SCM, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Test, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and waste reduction.
- Lead root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D) and implement CAPA for production and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, SOPs, IPC standards, ESD, and EHS requirements.
- Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR), production ramp-up, and NPI builds with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
- Review production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
