Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
- Process customer requests for products or services through blended processes (semi-voice).
- Provide excellent communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- Freshers with no prior experience in BPO industry can apply.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle domestic BPO voice processes.
- Proficiency in CSE, CCA, Customer Care, Customer Handling, Voice Processing, Voice Support roles.
