Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment,



employee onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
- Post job openings across various job portals and campus hiring channels
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other employee documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmations and exit formalities
- Maintain attendance records and provide HR support for payroll processing
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and internal HR initiatives
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards
- Coordinate with various departments for hiring requiremen
