Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with digital content and social media activities.
- Upload and update products/accessories on digital platforms.
- Handle live chat and customer enquiries.
- Generate, follow up, and update leads in ERP/CRM.
- Assist with email marketing and mass mailing campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly reports.
- Support product/event photography and video shooting.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and sales teams.
- Manage and verify marketing materials and sales enquiries.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or pursuing BBA/MBA/Marketing/Digital Marketing or a related field.




- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
- Comfortable using MS Office/Excel and learning ERP/CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or image/video editing will be an advantage.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Candidates who are comfortable with customer interaction and lead follow-up will be preferred.
