We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Voice Process. Candidates should have strong communication and comprehension skills, along with experience in the banking, mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services domain.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services.
- Candidates with domestic mortgage experience can also apply.
- Good understanding of US Mortgage processes and terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- B1–B5 level proficiency preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs, including split offs.
Preferred Experience
- Banking professionals with exposure to mortgage processes.
- Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
- Experience handling customer interactions while maintaining service quality standards.
