Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to design, construction, or finishing works.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials used on site.
- Identify defects, anomalies, and deviations from plans and report them to the relevant authorities for rectification.
- Conduct quality inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Check incoming construction materials and verify test certificates, approvals, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate concrete sampling, cube testing, slump testing, and other required material tests.




- Monitor quality of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper execution of field tests and maintain test reports and records.
- Identify non-conforming work and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or a related field (building construction).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IBC).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
