We are looking for a
Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITOM
with strong experience in
end-to-end greenfield implementations
. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
HR Service Delivery (ITOM)
solutions while also working across ITSM modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Design and develop
custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Work on
ITSM modules
(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge)
- Develop
client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Configure and enhance
ITOM modules
including case management and employee portals
- Build and manage
integrations
using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Work on
Virtual Agent and Performance Analytics
- Perform
data imports, transformations, and reporting
- Extend platform capabilities and develop
custom applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver
scalable solutions

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in
ServiceNow development
- Strong hands-on experience in
ITOM (greenfield preferred)
- Expertise in
JavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in
ITSM modules
Hands-on with:
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- Service Catalog
- CMDB & Asset Management
- Data Imports & Transform Maps
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Strong experience in
REST/SOAP integrations, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
- Exposure to
Discovery, Orchestration
- Knowledge of
Python / Shell scripting
(good to have)
- Strong understanding of
relational databases
- Experience with
LDAP integration
