About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee solar sales activities and project coordination in the Malappuram district. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in solar sales, customer relationship management, and coordination of project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop current business opportunities for solar rooftop and solar energy solutions.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with project, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.




- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management.
- Support marketing and promotional activities within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Solar Sales and Project Coordination.
- Strong understanding of solar products, rooftop solar systems, and project execution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the district.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Solar EPC or R
