Job Role

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive for our corporate office at Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The role involves managing data systems, generating insightful reports, and supporting business decision-making across sales, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining MIS dashboards for real-time business tracking.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, stock availability, and product-wise distribution.
- Conducting Target vs. Achievement analysis for various regions and models.
- Performing Primary & Secondary Sales Analysis, along with B2B sales tracking.
- Monitoring hourly sales and stock data during new product launches.
- Consolidating data from multiple sources, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to management.




- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) for data requirements and reporting.
- Automating repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Macros / VBA where possible.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (Any specialization) – mandatory.
- 1–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel – must have strong command over:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables & Power Pivot
- Advanced Formulas (IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH)
- Macros / VBA (positive to have)
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data to senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
