About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Supply Chain & Procurement to lead and manage the end-to-end procurement function for large-scale infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall procurement planning, vendor management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations and timely availability of materials, equipment and services required for project execution.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain within the Infrastructure, EPC, Roads, Highways, Expressways and Bridges sector, with strong experience in independently managing procurement for large and multiple projects.

Candidate Profile
- 18+ years of overall experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management.
- Mandatory experience in Infrastructure / EPC projects, preferably Roads, Highways, Expressways, Bridges, Flyovers or similar large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Should have handled overall procurement responsibility for large infrastructure projects, rather than being restricted to a single procurement category.




- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, project procurement, vendor development, negotiations and cost optimization.
- Experience in managing procurement for multiple projects / project locations simultaneously will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure project materials, equipment and construction-related procurement.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contracts, purchase orders and supply chain controls.
- Should be comfortable working with project teams and senior management in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Commerce or a related discipline.
