We’re looking for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition with robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially across:
Manufacturing & Engineering
Automotive
SPM & Industrial Machinery
Other technical/non-IT domains

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle salary negotiations and ensure quality hiring
• Maintain daily submissions, MIS, recruitment reports, and ATS updates

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition




Strong hands-on experience in Non-IT/Technical recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle
