Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the dairy processing plant.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain procedures for testing, monitoring, and controlling milk quality, UHT treatment, and aseptic packaging processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (dairy products).
- Robust knowledge of dairy science, including milk handling, storage, transportation, and processing techniques.
- Familiarity with *UHT (Ultra High Temperature) *technology used in dairy processing plants.
- Experience with aseptic packaging methods used in pharmaceuticals or food industries.
