We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can bring recent business, manage client relationships, close sales, and guide the Business Development team.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term customers.

You will also support and manage the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients who require digital marketing, branding, website, or creative services.
- Fix appointments and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital and branding solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and agency service presentations.
- Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the Business Development / Sales team.
- Monitor team calls, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and sales performance.
- Support team members in important client meetings and deal closures.
- Maintain regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Mandatory Requirements
- 610 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Relevant experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Creative, or Digital Agency is required.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Brand
