Civil Engineer — Key Responsibilities
- Teaching: Lectures, tutorials, and laboratory/practical sessions in Civil Engineering.
- Research: Peer-reviewed publications, research proposals, and external funding.
- Student guidance: Academic advising, projects, internships, and career mentoring.
- Departmental responsibilities: NBA/NAAC accreditation, curriculum development, and committees.
- Industry engagement: Consultancy, industry partnerships, guest lectures, and field visits.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant specialization.
- Ph.D.: Strongly preferred and potentially mandatory for tenure-track roles.
- Technical skills: Contemporary civil-engineering/design software and outcome-based education.
- Core strengths: Communication, research capability, teaching effectiveness, and academic service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
