We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused trainee with excellent English communication skills to support our global clients in the USA. The role offers exposure to international business processes and provides hands-on experience across multiple services offered by Brickwork India under “Business Enablers and Business Operations” functions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong learning attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a 3-month paid training designed to provide hands-on experience in delivering Business Support and Business Operations Services to global clients. High-performing interns who consistently demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, customer-centricity, and operational excellence will be considered for full time employment (on-roll) for a position of Jr. Business Support Executive (BSE)

Job Description:
- Support global clients with day-to-day Business support activities with timely, accurate and high-quality delivery while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, chat, virtual meetings, and collaboration platforms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responsiveness and professionalism in every interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests and adherence to SLAs. Prepare reports, maintain business documentation, update trackers, and ensure data accuracy.
