AGM / Sr. Manager – Mall Marketing & Activations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM / Sr. Manager – Mall Marketing & Activations to lead marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, events, activations, décor, and promotional campaigns for a premium mall in Pune.

The role will be responsible for driving mall footfall, customer engagement, retailer conversion, brand visibility, and overall marketing performance through creative campaigns and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Activations & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing activations, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and experiential initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Prepare and implement the annual marketing and events calendar aligned with business objectives and key trading periods.
- Conceptualize innovative customer engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and drive repeat visits.

2. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and oversee mall events,



exhibitions, trade shows, promotional activities, community initiatives, corporate events, charity events, and customer-focused programs.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, retailers, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.

3. Décor & Visual Presentation
- Develop and implement décor and visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall ambience of the mall.
- Manage seasonal décor, promotional displays, signage, and branding elements in line with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Continuously improve the visual presentation of the property to maximize customer engagement.

4. Project, Vendor & Budget Management
- Establish project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for marketing activities and events.
