About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers to join our sales team for Diamond City Ranchi, a premium residential township project.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate sales, and the ability to lead customers through the complete property-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM and documentation teams for smooth closures.
- For Senior Sales Managers: Lead and motivate the sales team, monitor individual performance, and drive overall team targets.
Candidate Profile
- Sales Manager: 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Senior Sales Manager: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Good knowledge of the Ranchi real estate market will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales will be preferred.
