About the Role

We are looking for a agile, confident, and target-oriented Delegate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating delegate registrations for conferences, business events, and industry forums by connecting with senior professionals and decision-makers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and have a strong passion for achieving sales targets.
- Identify and generate potential delegates through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Connect with senior-level professionals, decision-makers, and corporate executives and invite them to attend conferences and events.
- Understand the event, industry, target audience, and key value propositions to effectively pitch the event.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive registrations.
- Maintain and manage the delegate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective delegates.




- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and event-specific sales/registration targets.
- Update delegate information, call records, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing, conference production, and operations teams to ensure successful delegate acquisition.
- Handle delegate queries and provide accurate information regarding event details, registration, pricing, venue, and schedules.
- Attend conferences/events when required and support delegate engagement and relationship building.
- Generate repeat participation and maintain relationships with past delegates.
