About the Role:

RV Educational Institutions is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to support marketing, branding, communications, PR, and alumni engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate with RV campuses, internal stakeholders, alumni teams, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing requirements and creative briefs from RV campuses.
- Liaise with designers, content teams, printers, and media vendors.
- Support digital, print, social media, and event campaigns.
- Track campaign timelines, approvals, deliverables, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with media outreach, press kits, and event publicity.
- Support alumni newsletters, databases, and social media engagement.




- Draft basic captions, announcements, and communication content.

What Were Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, BBA, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Kannada is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital communication.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
