Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on
Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant
with strong techno-functional expertise in
D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Field Service configuration, scheduling, mobile application setup, testing, UAT, and integration support within an enterprise D365 CE program.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and prepare Gap-Fit documentation.
- Configure Work Orders, Incident Types, Work Order Templates, Products & Services.
- Configure Bookable Resources, Schedule Board, and Universal Resource Scheduling (URS).
- Configure Agreements, recurring Work Orders, Price Lists, and scheduling rules.
- Configure Field Service Mobile App, Inspections, and technician workflows.
- Configure Customer Assets, Equipment, Skills, Resources, Accounts, and Locations.




- Support integration between D365 Field Service and ERP/backend systems such as D365 Finance & Operations and SAP.
- Prepare functional test cases, execute testing, and support UAT and defect resolution.
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer.
- Participate in sprint demos, stakeholder meetings, and project status discussions.
- Support related D365 Sales CE configuration including Leads, Opportunities, Business Rules, and Workflows where required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Solid experience with D365 CE / Customer Engagement.
