Role & responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Accounts management (long term, short term)
- Funds (cash flow) Management, Trend analysis and Risk assessment
- Budgeting & Forecasting (laying down budgetary control mechanism)
- Achieve financial targets consistently (EBITDA, PBT, PAT, etc)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Treasury and Working Capital Management
- Maintain/develop Banking & Lender Relations, Investor relations
- Trade Finance (LC, BG, Import/Export Finance)
- MIS & Board Reporting
- Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Audit Management
- Maintain regulatory Compliances (audits) and internal controls
- Cost controls, margins/profitability management (valuable finance health) & Business Partnering/Stakeholder Management
- Investment Evaluation & Capital Allocation
- Preferred candidate profile

Should be CA

Should have managed/has exposure to finance management of a listed company.

Preferred if nearby to Kalyan location/Ambivli location.
