Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses, programs, and career pathways. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling admissions enquiries, following up with leads, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend appropriate programs.
- Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and provide accurate course information.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
