Role & responsibilities

• Generate and develop recent business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement gathering.
• Identify suitable machine vision, AI inspection, robotics, and automation solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, sample collection, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and commercial closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and periodic sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation,



Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, SPMs, Packaging Machinery, Capital Equipment, or related industrial products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits and project discussions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Machine Vision, AI-based Inspection Systems, Industrial Cameras, Robotics, Sensors, PLCs, or Factory Automation.
• Existing customer network in Automotive, FMCG, Food, Pharma, Packaging, Plastics, or Engineering industries.
• Experience in solution selling and consultative sales.
