Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Human resource & All administration related work to be done.
- Both practical and theoretical training programmes in the Organisation
- Statutory compliance and labour-law awareness, especially PF, ESI, licenses, and other factory related requirements.
- Improving attitude of employees towards companys goal and objectives
- Keeping personnel records of the company.
- Keeping records, registers for all statutory compliances, certifications, Knowledge of 5S(desireable),
- Promotions, staff rotations, transfers, hr manuals, company policies for staff(transportation, logistics)
- Coordinate staff appraisal of all company
- Prepare Manpower statistical return
- Prepares incentive packages for his departments and advise the same to the other department
- Initiates, organizes recreational activities for the employees of the company




- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction by :

-Recruit good staff

-Inductions and probationary period of staff

-Mount/Organize workshops in customer service

-In conjunction with sales, services and parts departmental managers, identify and allocate personnel who can handle the customers well
- Maintain good working setting which fosters pride of their company.
- Establish/Improve internal communication by:

Establish horizontal communication with other managers through e-mail, memos, circular and notices
- Build a personal relationship with every staff
- Give support to Managers in staff appraisals/Organisational structure and attendance
- Advise managers on all human resources aspect
- Improve productivity and efficiency of all employees
- Minimize, reduce costs, expenditure through emphasis on use of telephones, electricity and water (regulations)
- Monitor expenditure to ensure strict adherence to the
