Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Help customers select suitable products.
- Provide information about products, features, sizes, and prices.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Explain product perks to customers.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- POS & Billing
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Generate customer bills and process payments.
- Handle cash/card/digital transactions accurately.
- Follow proper billing and transaction procedures.
- Stock Management
- Receive and arrange merchandise.
- Check stock availability and product quantities.
- Replenish products on the sales floor.




- Assist with stock counting and inventory activities.
- Report damaged or missing products.
- Store Maintenance
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
- Ensure products are properly displayed.
- Maintain proper product arrangement according to store guidelines.
- Team Support
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members.
- Support daily store operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
