We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students who are interested in studying abroad. The counsellor will understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, preferred destinations and budgets, and recommend suitable universities, colleges and courses.

The role also involves regular follow-up with prospective students, assisting with applications, coordinating with the admissions and visa teams, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets and preferred study destinations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, colleges and courses.
- Explain admission requirements, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships and application procedures.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.




- Assist students with university and college application processes.
- Coordinate with admissions, documentation and visa processing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications and follow-ups in CRM/software.
- Keep updated with university requirements, admission policies, deadlines and international education trends.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the counselling process.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, counselling sessions and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve assigned counselling, application and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in overseas education counselling, admissions or student recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
