Role & Responsibility - Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit, and referrals.

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and selections.

Manage offer, negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain hiring MIS, TAT, pipeline, and closure targets.
