Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 7–10 years of experience in the Alcohol, Spirits, Liquor, Beverage or HoReCa industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the bar and hospitality business and proven sales experience across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across assigned markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs and HoReCa accounts.
- Manage distributors, channel partners and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop market-wise sales strategies and execute promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Build solid relationships with bartenders, bar managers, restaurant owners and key decision-makers.
- Ensure effective distribution, product visibility and market penetration.
- Regularly report sales performance, market insights and business opportunities to management.





Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in the Alcohol / Spirits / Liquor / Beverage industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of bars, restaurants, hotels and HoReCa channels.
- Strong market network and understanding of Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
- Experience in sales, business development, distributor management and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Preferred Industry Background: Alcohol, Spirits, Liquor, Premium Beverages, Wine, Beer, HoReCa.

Candidates from reputed alcohol and beverage companies such as Radico Khaitan, Brindco, Monika Alcobev, Aspire Spirits, Monini, Saksham and similar organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
