Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
o Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
o Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
2. Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance employee skills and productivity.
3. Quality Control:
o Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes.
4. Safety Management:
o Promote a protected working environment by adhering to safety regulations and conducting regular safety training and audits.
o Investigate and address any safety incidents or compliance issues.
5. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the plant budget,
