ROLE DESCRIPTION

Marketing & Branding Generalist. Full-time, on-site in Pune.

The work, honestly:

Packaging. Briefs, copy, working with designers, getting the pack right

Quick commerce. How we show up on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart — listings, images, content

— Social and creators. Building the brand's presence and working with people who make good food content

— Brand voice. Deciding what we sound like, then keeping it consistent everywhere

We care more about how you think than how many years you've done this. If you have taste, opinions, and a willingness to learn the parts you don't know yet, we'd like to talk.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A feel for brand — visual and verbal identity, and why consistency matters
- Ability to write: briefs, packaging copy, social copy
- Comfort running social media
- Working knowledge of the usual tools — presentations, spreadsheets, social platforms,



basic analytics
- Enough analytical instinct to tell whether something worked and say so honestly
- Good communication, and the ability to work with design, sales and leadership without friction
- Organised — several things will be running at once
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar, or the equivalent learned the practical way
- Prior marketing, branding or advertising experience (agency or in-house) is a plus, not a requirement
- Willing to work in office in Pune, in a business still figuring plenty out
