As a Senior Customer Renewal Specialist at Automation Anywhere, the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients continue to maximize value from our creative, industry-leading solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting or exceeding renewal quotas, proactively identifying and mitigating potential renewal risks,



and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your background in renewals or account management—paired with a proven track record in software sales, particularly within the SaaS or subscription space—will set you up for success. Who you’ll report to:
This role reports to VP of Global Customer Retention (based in the US)
You’ll make an impact by being responsible for:
- ### Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and quotas for renewal business
- ### Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Contract Ops, and Support teams to stay updated with customer issues and problems affecting customer retention
- ### Working closely with the Sales Team to track any upsell or cross opportunities and ensure renewals stay on track
