Overview Of The Cloud Operations Engineer
The Cloud Operations Engineer supports the day-to-day operational stability of BetaNXT’s cloud platform. This role focuses on executing established operational processes, supporting production changes and maintenance activities, and contributing to incident response and post-incident follow-up under defined guidance.





The role works closely with Cloud Operations team members, engineering partners, and external service providers to help maintain platform reliability, support governance processes, and escalate issues appropriately. This position is best suited for an individual contributor who is building depth in cloud operations within a structured, high-availability setting.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Cloud Operations Engineer
- Support daily production operations by following established monitoring, escalation, and support procedures
- Assist with production change activities by reviewing requests, confirming readiness tasks, and documenting operational considerations
- Participate in change governance and CAB processes by preparing information, raising operational questions, and tracking follow-up items
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with internal teams and external partners to support timely and low-risk executi
