We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Lead Generator to identify new business opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have robust sales, networking, and communication skills with a proven track record in business development and lead generation. Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of Pioneers Global Associates. Candidate will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

*Key Responsibilities*:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market reach.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, etc

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and special promotions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Proposal & Pitching: Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and pricing negotiations.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
