Role Description
The Accounting Intern at AOBA will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day operations in the Agra office. This internship role includes assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, posting and verifying journal entries, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The intern will help with data entry into accounting software, reconcile accounts, and support basic financial analysis and reporting tasks.



This on-site position provides hands-on exposure to accounting practices in a agile retail and lifestyle business, with guidance from experienced professionals and opportunities to learn standard procedures and tools.

Qualifications
- Ability to work with Financial Statements and basic Finance concepts to support reporting and analysis.
- Exposure to Accounting Software and proficiency in entering and managing financial data.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret figures, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Understanding of Journal Entries (Accounting) and core bookkeeping principles.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort working on-site in Agra and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
