Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of machine tools at customer locations. The role requires robust mechanical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and willingness to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service machine tools at customer sites
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Identify machine problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Provide technical support and basic machine-operation training to customers
- Prepare service reports and maintain service-related documentation




- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and service teams for issue resolution
- Travel to customer locations across India as required

Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems and machine tools
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently at customer sites
- Willingness to travel extensively across India

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in machine tool servicing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, CNC/VMC machines, or industrial equipment servicing will be preferred.
