CRM Intern

Purpose of the Role
To assist the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in executing targeted campaigns, improving user engagement, and supporting the overall customer lifecycle strategy. The CRM Intern will gain hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, campaign performance analysis, and segmentation strategies that enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns via Whatsapp, email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Assist in setting up and managing user journeys and automated workflows.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned and delivered on time.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Help maintain and clean CRM databases for accurate segmentation and targeting.
- Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools,



and best practices to support continuous improvement

Candidate Profile Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with a positive command of Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
- Curiosity to learn new tools and marketing technologies
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, Salesforce optional)
- Exposure to digital marketing or marketing automation concepts is a plus
- Experience : 0-6 Months (Internship)
- Bachelor's Degree pursuing or completed in commerce, marketing or related fields.
