Position Title: Design Release Engineer - Tire & wheel

Experience: 4 to 6 years of overall experience

Minimum 2 years of Tire Design and Development experience with Tire manufacturer or at passenger car

Basic Experience in UG/NXCatia V5 modeling , PLM, Team center.

Role & responsibilities
- Engineering Design & Development of chassis Components (Steel Wheels, Aluminum wheels, Tires, Wheel Bolts, Wheel & Tire Assembly) for current & current program.
- Understand Wheel & Tire testing, development & Homologation requirements.
- In depth experience of product development process, supplier evaluation, tech review, DFMEA, DVP&R;, control plan, PFMEA, PPAP.
- Vehicle assembly process knowledge and system and component tooling and process experience.
- Process knowledge of casting, sheet metal and forging.
- Simulation of manufacturing processes (sheet metal forming, casting-mold fill simulation)
