About the Role

We are looking for a polished and customer-centric Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team at Aza Fashions. The role will involve interacting with customers over calls, understanding their requirements, assisting them with product selection, and converting customer enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience dealing with premium/luxury customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales through calling, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries/leads into successful sales.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat purchases.
- Provide a premium and personalized customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, stores, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, follow-ups, and sales data in the CRM.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Achieve defined sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Servicing, Inside Sales, Relationship Management, or Sales.
- Candidates from luxury fashion, premium retail, 5-star hospitality, luxury real estate, jewellery, premium lifestyle, or similar industries are preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
