About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, recommending suitable programs, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Convert leads and inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and admission records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Conduct counseling sessions both online and offline.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and student engagement activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Education Counseling, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counseling, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
