Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide field service engineering support for AC drives, servo drives, VFD drives, and other industrial automation equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Configure and program VFD parameters.
- Travel to customer sites for service and commissioning.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and machinery.
- Collaborate with customers to identify issues and resolve problems related to industrial automation projects.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as calibration, testing, and repair of electrical components.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during on-site work.

Required Skills
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Valuable knowledge of VFDs, PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, and Soft Starters.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and control wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel.
