Founding Business Development - B2B Travel & Tourism

CTC : 6 LPA (Fixed) + 4LPA (Variable)

Where the Account Executive closes demand, you create it. Build the partnerships and channels that bring new travellers to Sparkling Tracks — creator collaborations, accommodation and affiliate deals, and recent market segments, including corporate and B2B travel.

What You'll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships — creators, hotels, DMCs, and affiliate relationships
- Own the creator pipeline: outreach, negotiating terms, and tracking what each partnership drives
- Grow and manage affiliate and commission channels
- Explore new market segments and geographies — including corporate/B2B travel (MICE, incentive travel, corporate retreats); size opportunities and run small experiments
- Work with the Account Executive so new demand actually converts

Must-Have Skills
- 1–5 years in business development, partnerships, or growth within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry (hotels, DMCs, OTAs, travel agencies,



or corporate travel management companies)
- Demonstrated experience selling into corporates — e.g., corporate travel desks, HR/admin teams, MICE or incentive-travel buyers
- A track record of opening and closing deals from a cold start
- Fluent English — written and verbal, client-facing quality
- Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and follow-through across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Client Visit)

Important Skills
- Analytical — able to tell which channels/partnerships are working and cut the ones that aren't
- Experience structuring and negotiating commission, affiliate, or referral partnership terms
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy environment with EU hours overlap

Good-to-Have Skills
- Existing network of hotel, DMC, or corporate travel contacts
- Experience working with content creators/influencers on travel collaborations
- Dutch or other EU languages
- Fami
