About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and qualified Area Placement Executive (APE) to join our Industry Collaboration team. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating industry engagement activities, and supporting placement-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build strong professional relationships with companies and employers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, employers and industry professionals.
- Identify and engage with potential employers for placement and industry collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct regular employer visits and follow up on business/placement opportunities.




- Coordinate with employers regarding hiring requirements, interviews, job openings and candidate profiles.
- Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with existing and prospective employer partners.
- Support placement drives, recruitment activities and employer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
- Maintain records and reports of employer interactions, visits, follow-ups and placement activities.
- Achieve assigned employer engagement and collaboration targets.
- Represent the organization professionally during company visits, meetings and other industry interactions.

Eligibility
- BBA – HR: 0–1 year of experience; freshers may apply.
- Any Graduate: Candidates with relevant experience in employer engagement, recruitment, placement, business development, coordination or related areas.
