Compensation: ₹20K–₹25K/month + Robust Performance Commission

Palverse Media is building its Talent Management vertical, and we’re looking for a driven Talent Manager to help us build and grow our creator roster.

Your role:

• Scout & onboard creators

• Manage 20–30 creators

• Pitch creators to brands & agencies

• Negotiate & close brand deals

• Manage creator campaigns & relationships

• Take full revenue responsibility for your roster

Creator niches: Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Food, Wellness & Health

Platforms: Instagram

Creator type: Nano, Micro & Mid-tier

We’re looking for:

Strong communication, negotiation & sales/business development skills + an existing creator network is a plus.
