Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment for medical, nursing, allied health, and administrative staff.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding programs tailored to hospital safety and compliance standards.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Implement employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives tailored to healthcare shifts.
- Compliance & Medical Credentialing
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare labor laws, hospital accreditation standards (e.g., NABH/JCI), and statutory requirements.
- Maintain medical licenses, certifications, and background verification records for all clinical personnel.
- Performance & Shift Management
- Support annual performance appraisals, credentialing renewals, and competency assessments.




- Collaborate with departmental heads on shift scheduling compliance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll inputs, shift differentials, overtime allowances, and attendance data.
- Maintain exact HRIS records, personal files, and exit documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience:
5+years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, shift operations, and medical staffing processes.
- Skills:
Strong conflict resolution, communication, empathy, and proficiency in HRIS software.
