Business Development Interns
for a short-term, hands-on internship focused on
B2B technology sales, prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach
.

We are primarily looking for candidates who are
currently pursuing an MBA or have recently completed one
, especially those with a technical, marketing, or business background and a genuine interest in Business Development.

This is a practical internship.
You will be trained first, then given real responsibility.

What you will do
- Research and identify potential MarsDevs customers
- Identify founders, business leaders, technology decision-makers, and other potential buyers
- Use your LinkedIn profile to build skilled connections and conduct targeted outreach
- Use a MarsDevs-provided business email account for outbound prospecting
- Start conversations with prospective customers and work towards booking qualified meetings
- Research companies, industries, technology requirements, and decision-makers before outreach
- Attend selected local technology, startup, business,



and industry events on behalf of MarsDevs
- Network with founders, executives, technology teams, and other industry professionals
- Generate and follow up on leads from events and professional networks
- Work with MarsDevs leadership on targeting, outreach messaging, qualification, and follow-up

Training will be provided before interns begin independent outreach.

Who should apply?

We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Are currently pursuing an MBA or have recently completed one
- Have an undergraduate background in
Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or another relevant discipline
- Want to build a career in
Business Development, technology sales, SaaS, software services, partnerships, presales, or client-facing commercial roles
- Want real-world commercial experience before entering the job market full-time

Previous sales experience is not required.
