Solution LeadershipOwn end-to-end EC implementation: Organization Management, Employee Lifecycle, Workflows, Business Rules, RBPLead Indian Payroll: PY-IN configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, statutory deductionsDesign integration: EC to ECP / ECC Payroll via Compound Employee API, CPI/BTP Integration CenterLead EC Time Management, Leave, and Attendance with India-specific rules2. Indian Compliance & StatutoryExpert in statutory laws: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Income Tax (Old/Recent Regime), TDS, Form 16, Form 24QManage quarterly filings, audits, and compliance reports. Handle changes due to Labour Code reformsLead Year-End activities: Tax proofs,
