About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant to the Head of Sales & Marketing to support the management of domestic and international sales, customer coordination, business development and marketing activities.

The role will involve working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and coordinating with customers, distributors, export clients, production, purchase, accounts, logistics and management to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in managing domestic and international sales activities.
- Coordinate with existing customers, distributors, dealers, importers and international clients.
- Follow up on new enquiries, quotations, samples, orders and repeat business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely responses to their requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, price lists, product details and commercial proposals.
- Maintain a structured database of leads, customers, enquiries and sales opportunities.




- Track enquiries from initial contact through sampling, negotiation, order confirmation and dispatch.
- Assist in identifying current customers and potential markets in India and overseas.
- Coordinate with the sales team on monthly/quarterly sales targets and follow-ups.

International Sales & Export Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with international customers, distributors and importers.
- Prepare export-related commercial documents and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up on samples, purchase orders, production status, shipping schedules and dispatches.
- Coordinate with logistics/freight forwarders for shipment-related requirements.
- Maintain records of international enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments.
- Assist in preparing information required for export documentation and customer communication.

Customer & Order Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between customers
