Role Overview

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for real estate and construction projects. This includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely submission of bids. The role requires strong attention to detail, document handling skills and a basic understanding of real estate project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Tracking
- Monitor online portals, government websites and industry platforms for relevant tender opportunities.
- Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.

2. Documentation & Proposal Preparation
- Collect and compile tender documents, RFQs, RFPs and work orders.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender specifications.
- Ensure all documents (registrations, compliance certificates, company profiles, financial documents, etc.) are updated and included properly.

3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departmentsProjects, Finance,



Legal and Managementto gather required inputs.
- Communicate clarifications sought by tendering authorities to the relevant team.
- Follow-up to ensure timely collection of data and approvals.

4. Submission & Compliance
- Prepare final tender submission (both online and offline).
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and compliance of all documentation.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission without errors.

5. Post-Tender Follow-Up
- Maintain communication with clients/authorities regarding tender status.
- Prepare summary reports on bids submitted, outcomes and future requirements.

Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of real estate / construction project tendering.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools).
- Ability to read and understand tender documents.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
